✏️ Order Amendments

• Notice Period: Any changes (such as cake style, delivery date, etc.) must be requested at least 5 working days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

• Late Amendments: Requests made with less than 5 working days' notice are subject to an administrative fee of not less than HK$100 (typically around 20% of the cake's original price) to cover material preparation and administrative costs.

• Please note that rescheduling to a new pickup or delivery date is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

🌧️ Severe Weather & Force Majeure

Since materials are prepared in advance for every order, cancellations or rescheduling requests due to severe weather or force majeure events are strictly not accepted.

Typhoon Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning Arrangements:

• Signal issued BEFORE 7:30 AM on the delivery day: All delivery services will be suspended for the day until the signal is canceled or lowered. We will notify you of follow-up arrangements via phone or WhatsApp. Customers will need to reschedule their pickup or delivery within 2 days of the original date.

• Signal issued AFTER 7:30 AM on the delivery day: Self-pickup services will remain available as scheduled. Customers who opted for delivery may choose to pick up the cake in person depending on real-time conditions.

• ⚠️ We strongly advise customers to monitor traffic and road conditions closely, prioritizing the safety of themselves and delivery personnel.

💰 Payment Amounts & Promotional Terms

• Exact Amount: Please verify and pay the exact total amount. Any overpaid amount will not be refunded.

• Promotional Restrictions: If an order qualifies for special promotions (including free delivery or price discounts), the cake size/weight can only be increased, not reduced. Furthermore, no order details (including design, date, etc.) may be modified once confirmed.b

🍰 Cake Design & Handcrafted Goods

• Handmade Variance: All our cakes are fully handcrafted. Variations in color, size, flavor, and decorative details are natural characteristics of artisanal production and will not be identical from cake to cake.

• Seasonal Decorations: Cake toppings and decorations may vary depending on seasonality and the pastry chef's design. Product images are for reference only.

• Custom Designs: We craft cake designs based on your specifications. If you request our chef to design the cake freely, please note that custom photo editing, 3D figurines, converting characters into 2D, and specialized typography/lettering design are not included.

• Internal Structural Support: Multi-tiered cakes, toy/fondant figurine cakes, or 3D cakes may contain non-edible internal structural supports such as plastic tubes, paper sticks, or styrofoam. Please exercise caution when consuming.

📸 Chef’s Photo Documentation

Our pastry chef takes photos of completed cakes for documentation purposes. Since photos are typically sent to our administrative office after the chef finishes their shift, you may receive your cake before the office receives the photos. We will forward the photos to you as soon as they become available.

🙏 To maintain strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, office staff cannot frequently enter and exit the kitchen production area. We appreciate your understanding.

💡 Recommendations & Additional Services

• Best Enjoyment: We recommend enjoying our cakes and refrigerated products on the day of pickup/delivery for optimal flavor and freshness.

• Eco-Friendly Policy: In support of environmental protection, no disposable cutlery is provided.

• Basic Accessories: Every cake comes with complimentary candles and a birthday cake knife.

• Add-ons: Insulated thermal bags with ice packs are available for purchase at HK$30 if needed.

If you do not wish for photos of your ordered products to be published or used for promotional purposes, please contact us at 2662 3838 to make appropriate arrangements.

In case of any dispute, Kiwi Sweets reserves the right to make the final decision. The above terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
