Delivery Timing & Terms

Delivery begins at 10:00 AM. Cakes will be delivered to the venue prior to your designated party time. (Please note: Your party time does not represent the actual delivery arrival time). Requests for specific delivery time slots are subject to an additional fee. Delivery services will only be arranged after order confirmation and full payment.

Due to uncontrollable factors in logistics, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed, and door-to-door/upstairs delivery is not available. Deliveries are strictly kerbside/street-level drop-offs.

Recipient Availability & Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the cake during the agreed delivery window, Kiwi Sweets reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee.

• The driver will call 15 to 30 minutes prior to arrival. Please ensure your phone is switched on and answered promptly.

• If the customer does not arrive within 5 minutes of the driver’s arrival, the driver will depart immediately to proceed with other deliveries. If delivery fails or if there is a last-minute change of location, a new delivery fee must be paid to reschedule delivery, without exception.

🕒 Available Delivery Time Slots (Limited slots, first-come, first-served)

• 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  *Please note that during peak holiday seasons (such as Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc.), delivery schedules may be subject to delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees start from HK$150, provided the drop-off location permits short-term or free van parking.
