Kiwi Sweets was established in March 2005 by Cherick Li, who used to work at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong. The main products are hotel-style desserts, cakes, and cookies. At the same time, we also customize 2D and 3D cakes with special shapes for customers. Chef Li has more than 30 years of experience in making hotel-style desserts and pastries, with excellent materials and rigorous production.
At the end of 2022, the factory set up in Chai Wan, with a food factory of more than 3,000 square feet. We focused on wholesale and retail business, and produces fresh products every day .
Kiwi Sweets produced customized birthday cakes to lots of Stars/Artists, like Jacky Cheung, Aaron Kwok, Wang Mingquan, Law Kar Ying, Twins , Kevin Cheng, William Chan, Champion of Midlife, Sing & Shine! - Albert Chau Kat Pui, Hubert Wu, Sammy Leung, Yuen Siu Yee, Edwin Siu, Vincy Chan, Gin Lee, Kenny Bee, Eason Chan, Raymond Lam, Michael Tse, Joseph Cheng, Fan Xiao Xuan, SHINee and Super Junior etc.
Kiwi Sweets will also regularly send samples to the laboratory every year to test the bacteria content of desserts or cakes to ensure safe consumption.
Kiwi Sweets holds a qualified Food Factory License and Regular Pest Control Service is provided by LBS Hygiene to prevent pest infestation.
